Just what I needed

1970s Boston-based rock band The Cars formed in 1976, merging guitar rock with synth pop for a new wave sound. In 1984’s Drive, The Cars open with a series of introspective questions:

Who's gonna tell you when | It's too late?
Who's gonna tell you things | Aren't so great?
You can't go on, thinking | Nothing's wrong, oh no
Who's gonna drive you home | Tonight?

Issue 9 of 2025 includes Part I of a two-piece series on the convenience store sector. For the five net lease REIT with completed 1Q2025 earnings call, coverage also includes management’s commentary on tariffs, competition, and tenant credit performance.
