Meet the Authors
Sean Hostert
For the last 12+ years, Mr. Hostert has focused on analyzing and investing within the single tenant net lease, sale/leaseback, and REIT ecosystems, currently as sole member of Dutch & Sloane. His previous roles span various investment-related position for a private equity real estate fund manager and two publicly listed net lease REIT.
Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Mr. Hostert started his career at last-four accounting and advisory firm PwC. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a BS in both Finance and Accountancy (summa cum laude) and is a CFA charterholder and licensed CPA in Illinois (inactive).
On a daily basis, Sean is inspired by his wife (Sarah) and two children (Audrey & Wells). He enjoys non-fiction reading, stroller walks, green tea, and consistently losing to his wife in Wordle.
