A quartet of non-traded net lease REIT released 2nd quarter Form 10-Q:
New Mountain Net Lease Trust
-No acquisitions or dispositions during the three and six months ended 6/30/2025
-Raised $25.4 million of equity capital via sale of common shares
-Portfolio includes 165 properties leased to 33 tenants: based on square footage, the portfolio includes light manufacturing (48%), life science (17%), cold storage/food manufacturing (13%), warehouse/distribution (11%), industrial outdoor storage (10%), and other (1%).
-No leases expire until 2032
