Properties spread across industrial (25 assets; $992 million), retail (104; $324 million), and office (4; $325 million)
Nine active build-to-suit (“BTS”) projects across industrial (6) and data center (3) totaling $938 million in commitments (of which $592 million has yet to be funded)

Subsequent to 12/31/2025, raised $173 million via sale of common equity shares and acquired 15 properties (11 industrial; 4 retail) for an aggregate purchase price of $119 million including a 10-property industrial portfolio in France for $64 million
