Net lease in cars getting coffee
Broadstone Net Lease (NYSE: BNL) and Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT) each announced deal activity.

Broadstone disclosed a partnership with Prologis (NYSE: PLD) on a $78.2 million distribution warehouse build-to-suit in Forsyth, GA for Fiat Chrysler Auto (American subsidiary of Stellantis (NYSE: STLA)).
