Deal activity from net lease REIT and institutional funds appears to be picking up as the calendar enters the typical ‘busy season’ for closings. Recently announced investments include:
B&D Holdings closed on two sale/leaseback acquisitions: (i) a 30,000 square foot industrial outdoor storage warehouse property on 7.0 acres located at 45 Research Drive, Haverhill, MA (reportedly tenanted by emergency response vehicle up-fitter Adamson Industries); and (ii) a 34,000 square foot freezer/cold storage facility located at 1668 Shawsheen Street, Tewksbury, MA (reportedly tenanted by Northeast Cold Storage)
