First 10-K from two non-traded REIT
Fortress Net Lease REIT and New Mountain Net Lease Trust released annual Form 10-K for 2024. Highlights include:

Fortress
-Raised proceeds of $695.4 million from the sale of common shares for the year
-Acquired 132 properties with a total purchase price of $1.1 billion during the year
-As of December 31, 2024, our portfolio was comprised of 87 industrial and 49 retail properties
-Since December 31, 2024, through and including March 28, 2025, the REIT acquired six industrial properties, six retail properties, and one land parcel for $138.4 million and raised $167.7 million via sales of common shares
