We’ve heard from nearly all 25 net lease focused publicly traded REIT in the last few weeks via 2Q earnings. Issue 5 covers REIT reporting financials since July 30th and overall themes. Several REIT CEO seemed to hint the transaction market was turning a corner and thawing from its recent freeze; based on 2Q results, there is still some wood to chop.
