As the second half of the year begins, the Net Lease Observer Volume 1, Issue 2 is now live. Based on reader feedback, the Observer will move to a release every two weeks (vs. monthly) to provide more real-time and digestible coverage.
Issue 2’s feature piece (“At the corner of downgrade and dark”) digs into the Walgreens retail footprint optimization program, provides an updated Deal Sheet, and discusses LL Flooring’s real estate-focused proxy battle with F9.
